Devgad Alphonso mangoes are typically 4-6 inches in size and have a perfectly symmetrical shape. These mangoes are usually weighed between 150 to 350 grams and have inedible skin. When ripened, they boast a stunning golden-yellow hue with a touch of reddish colour across the top of the fruit, making them a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.

Storage Temperature (Deg °C):
To ripen from raw to ripe, Alphonso Mangoes require warm temperatures ranging from 24-28°C. It’s important to note that refrigeration should be avoided. Once ripe, these mangoes should ideally be stored at a temperature of 12-15°C to maintain their ideal texture and flavour.
